THE LASH LOUNGE® at South Rainbow Blvd. and Warm Springs Rd. is looking for dynamic, experienced Eyelash Extension Stylists. We are an upscale eyelash salon. This candidate must be highly motivated, possess excellent client service skills, and exceptional attention to detail. This position will perform salon services for our clients, including: semi-permanent eyelash extensions, eyelash perming, eyelash and eyebrow tinting and facial threading.

You must possess a current Nevada license in Cosmetology or Aesthetics.
This position requires work in evenings and weekends. (Mon-Sat 10am-7pm & Sun 12pm-6pm)
This is a part-time position (up to 20 hour per week with the potential to increase with greater skill, client acquisition and client retention).
Must be available 8am-5pm Mon-Fri for the first 2 weeks of employment then your assigned part-time schedule will begin
RESPONSIBILITIES: *
Conducts client consultation prior to service application and inserts proper notes in client charts for future tracking.
Responsible for work area, inventory management for necessary items needed at station
Responsible for proper sanitation of implements according to Lash Lounge protocol and licensing
Responsible for sharing in general cleanliness of salon and helping wherever asked
Helps with promotion at supplementary events and performs, when asked, services during those promotional events to help market the salon and build the brand.
All other duties as prescribed.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: *
You must possess a current Nevada license in Cosmetology or Aesthetics.
1 year minimum volume lashing experience (ability to make handmade 2D-5D fans)
Strong, professional customer service skills
Initiates self-learning and is comfortable at educating clients on products and services offered.

$12 per hour plus tips. Our goal is to help you achieve your income potential.
