• Salary: $38,000 – $54,000 / year (Depending on Experience)*

• Responsibilities: *
• Cosmetic eye lash work
• Eyelash extensions
• Esthetician duties as needed
• Team management: oversee recruiting, interviewing, hiring and training of guest advisors
• Oversee team of 3-6 GAs: manage team schedules & requests off; look ahead to ensure well-staffed
• Sales: drive team to reach sales goals in retail & membership; adjust goals to reach annual goals
• Reporting: set, adjust and communicate monthly goals to reach annual business goals
• Leadership: motivate and train team to provide an exceptional guest experience
• Hold contests and provide incentives to drive annual goals
• Cleanliness: own retail shelves, retreat rooms, changing areas and team areas to be clean, tidy and stocked
• Role play monthly with team members to ensure they communicate and deliver an exceptional experience
• Qualifications: *
• Actively State Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist (required)
• 1+ year(s) of certified in eyelash extensions experience (required)
• 1+ year(s) of customer service experience (required)
• 1+ year(s) of Minkys experience (preferred)
• Reliable, punctual, passionate and goal-driven
• Professional, and drug/alcohol free
