LC Lash &Brow Bar Esthetician/Eyelash Extension Jobs (Warrington, PA)

We are an upscale beauty lounge located in beautiful Bucks County inside the Shops at Valley Square. We offer popular services including Eyelash Extensions, Microblading, Lash Perming & Tinting, Makeup Services (including bridal makeup), & a variety of Waxing Services. LC Lash & Brow Bar is seeking a Lash Extension Technician. You must have at least 6 months to a 1 year experience in Classic Lashes, Hybrid Lashes, & Volume Lashes. This candidate will be required to keep up to date on the latest trends, posses’ exceptional attention to detail, and consistently provide high quality service in a relaxing environment. Building strong client relationships with new and existing clients is a must!

Position Summary:

· Thoroughly conduct client consultation prior to service

· Apply and style Classic, Hybrid & Volume lashes

· Be able to accurately and knowledgeably explain the services and the importance of maintenance

· Retail and educate clients on Products specific to LC Brow & Lash Bar Services

· Perform opening/closing procedures and day to day duties as assigned

· Come to work everyday with a positive attitude and self motivated to give your best!

· Responsible for building Social Media presence on Facebook and Instagram

· Expected to actively promote yourself, and LC Brow & Lash Bar, on social media

· Provides frequency recommendations and education to guests on proper lash aftercare

· Upholds the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by state law and the

studio’s policies and procedures

· Willingness to learn new lash techniques

· A positive, friendly, upbeat and personable demeanor and attitude

· A customer service-oriented individual who can communicate effectively with clients,

management and coworkers

· A professional appearance at all times

· Thrives in a fun, team-oriented environment

Qualifications;

• Certified & Experienced in Classic, Hybrid & Volume Lashes
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills
• A willingness to assist in additional tasks when called upon

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Commission

Salary: $40,000.00 to $60,000.00 /year
