Don’t sleep on the CC Curls, they are perfect for Wispy sets💕
Not as bold and dramatic as the infamous D curl but not as relaxed and soft as the C curl. CC curl is therefore the perfect go between lash curl💕 For this set I left the tips of the wisps open so that the overall look was softer. To make them look more ‘spikey’ use a primer to seal the wispy tips 😘
